Rates
Rates for Beyond Reality Ozark Cabin are:
- $116.00 + $10.44 sales tax = $126.44 a night for (2) people
- $13.00 per night per extra person + $1.17 sales tax = $14.17
- $13.00 a night for per pet + $1.17 sales tax = $14.17
- Sales tax of 9% (see Rate Chart below) added to total bill
- Two night minimum stay, three night minimum stay for holidays
- Children, age 4 and under, free
- Special rates for extended stays available
- * For 6 night stays, 6th night is no aditional charge.

Payment Arrangement for Deposit and Balance Due:
Payment by check should be forwarded to
Winter-Salmon, LLC, 837 Solar NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107
To make payment by credit card, please call Bill Salmon's office at
505.247.0328 and ask for Bill.
Deposit of (1) night rent required to confirm booking. For payment by credit card renter authorizes owner,
Winter Salmon, LLC to charge the rent amount to the account of Rhodes & Salmon, PC credit card account,
1801 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104.
The balance is due on or before ten (10) days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
If we have more than twenty (20) days notice of your
cancellation, we will refund your deposit, less a cancellation fee of
$20.00. If we have less than twenty (20) days notice, we will
refund your deposit, less a $20.00 fee only if we are able to schedule
other guests for the time period.
